The NDIS and ECEI play a crucial role in providing tailored support and services to individuals with disabilities, helping them access the resources they need to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
NDIS and ECEI
National Disability Insurance Scheme
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people 9 years and over with a disability, their families and carers.
Early Childhood Early Intervention
The Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach is designed to support children aged 0-9 years who have a developmental delay or disability, to help them develop the skills they need to achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their life.
MultiSense provides services to participants accessing NDIS funding, provided the participants are self-managed or plan-managed (as we are not registered for all the NDIS registration groups).
NDIS Plans
For clients with an NDIS plan, the following interventions are eligible for NDIS funding:
- Multisensory Language and Communication Development
- Play Skills, Social Development and Interaction
- Transition to school programs
- Functional Life Skills
- Set up and training in Assistive technology for communication, life skills, and learning.
